This was a fun angsty time. I wish we had gotten more redemption from Bram and his family for how they had treated Dory for the last decade. She’d been dealt such a rough hand and deserved better. I think adding a bit more length to the story would have added time for this to happen and for the suspenseful elements to be more fleshed out. Not perfect but an enjoyable read.
