All the second chance feels!!
NEVER LOOK BACK is a beautiful and steamy and swoony second chance romance that I couldn’t stop listening to.
It’s narrated by Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber who make the experience even more emotional and powerful.

Get the tissues ready!
This is the kind of story that you have to read when you have tissues ready. Aster and Logan were true loves who ended up separated by Aster’s father and soon to be husband; her father was the head of the mafia and her husband, his right hand. Seven years later, they meet again, he wins her in a bet and they end up together again, in part as revenge and in large part because their love can’t die. Angsty, especially when the flashbacks showed what they went through, especially Aster, who had to make a difficult decision that affected a long period of her time. There were moments of levity with Logan’s brothers (they were the main characters of the two prior books in the series which I didn’t read but now plan to! I didn’t have trouble keeping up with this story tho so this is a standalone novel.) and there were plenty steamy and swoons moments. A well rounded interesting story that was elevated through the narration by Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber. What a perfect cast for this story, full of emotion and played perfectly by these two narrators.

Amazing Story & Narration🎧 Thrilling & Intense!
A.L. Jackson never ceases to amaze me with her creative mind and impressive writing skills, she writes stories that grab her readers’ attention and hold it hostage her entire book and she does that and so much more in “Never Look Back”, an enemies-to-lovers, second chance romance. She not only takes her characters through the wringer in this book, she takes her readers’ hearts through the wringer too, as the character’s pain and emotions pour off the pages straight into your heart. Aster Costa, the daughter of a mafia boss, knew her father had plans for her, an arranged marriage, but she was in love with her best friend and they thought they had it all figured out where her father would accept him into the family. But one night changes everything for everyone involved, leaving them both broken-hearted and her life fated to a loveless marriage to a despicable man. Logan Lawson would not give up on her and when he finally get to see her, she wants nothing to do with him and sees the ring on her finger. But fate is not done with these two, Logan plays high stakes cards and his opponent is none other than Jarek Urso, Aster’s husband, who loses all his hands, including his last wager, his wife. Aster was furious, but when she finally calms down, she comes up with a plan, one that will hopefully free her from her loveless marriage and creep of a husband. There is never a dull moment in this book, the cleverly plotted story has plenty of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions, heartwarming ones, Logan with his nephew and niece, some amazing twists and turns, thrilling suspense and a steamy, second chance romance. A.L. Jackson, thank you for another amazing story, dialogue and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber are the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life and do so with a complete understanding of the characters they are portraying, giving each a voice that fits that character’s persona to a tee. I love how they take each role, run with it and make their own, sounding believable and just as I picture the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance and have you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers and versatile voice artists are a pleasure to listen to, and their narration enhances an already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

What a fantastic addition to this amazing series!
AL Jackson always plays with my heart. The Redemption Hills Series is fantastic, with wonderful characters, each easy to relate to and now that with the third book, it feels like I am part of the community! This is Logan's story, and it's wonderful! Logan and Aster were in love, but circumstances pulled them apart. Now 7 years later, Logan wins his first love in a card game and he is determined to keep her. Aster has not given her heart to anyone since Logan, but this doesn't mean she wants to be with him. But given 30 days by her father, she is ready to figure out a way out of her abusive marriage and prove her husband is not loyal to the family. But will she be able to resist Logan? This book is the best of everything. A little enemies to lovers, reunited love, romantic suspense and a little mafia! Logan is the perfect book boyfriend. A little flawed, a lot focused on the love of his life, he is steadfast in keeping her safe and finding resolution. Aster is a strong woman, as she realizes she is in charge of her own life. I love these two together, and getting a look at our favorites from the first two books is just icing on the cake. Gage still owns my heart though, he is adorable!
Zachary Webber and Erin Mallon are our storytellers and what a story they tell. This is one of the best teams out there, and they just know how to bring a story to life. Webber holds the alpha protective nature of Logan first and foremost, but he also is sweet and loving. Mallon shows us the growth in Aster as she comes out, knows what she wants and goes after it. This book and series is a must listen!

Emotional, passionate and packed full of heat!
Never Look Back is book three in the Redemption Hills series and is the enemies to lovers, close proximity, second chance romance of Logan Lawson and Aster Costa.
AL Jackson is the queen of angst, suspense and emotions and Never Look Back is no exception.
Seven years ago, Logan and Aster were torn apart by misunderstanding, greed, and desolation. Noe logan finds himself sat across the poker table from Aster’s husband with her as the stake.
Aster has been through so much in her life and her arranged marriage has beat her down over the years. She has thought about the one who got away a lot throughout the years, her one true love Logan, so imagine her surprise when he turns up at a poker game and her desperate husband puts her up as a stake. Rather than being outraged she is relieved. Will Aster and Logan rekindle their romance? Will Aster be able to protect Logan from the mob?
Logan is the youngest Lawson brother and the coolest uncle to Gage in the cage and Juni-Bee, but underneath the fun exterior is a heart that is hurting. The incredibly talented Zachary Webber and Erin Mallon bring Ms Jackson’s words to life and my goodness, what an amazing pairing they are! Zachary brings all the dark, swoony, protective, fun-loving uncle vibes in his performance of Logan and Erin brought all the feisty, vulnerable, sweet, hurt, and emotional vibes Aster’s characters called for. The perfect duo to portray Aster and Logans rollercoaster journey.
As with all of Ms Jackson’s work I couldn’t have loved this more. She really does have a way of building the angst and suspense and draws every ounce of emotion out of not only her characters but us readers too. The perfect addition to the Redemption Hills series. Love love loved it!!!

The narrators were actually my favorite duet and I enjoyed every second of this audio.

amazing series ❤ 🌟
I have listened to each one of the 3 books in this series back to back, listening for hours and hours at a time as I just didn't want to put them down. the books have lovable characters including 2 of the cutest kids ever. the narrations in each book have been stunning from first to very last word from this talented cast of performers. the books have everything you need, romance, angst, strong family bonds and spice as well as strong female leads and men who protect/love them and know how to treat their women, honestly what more can a girl ask for. I highly recommend the series, 5 well deserved stars.

AUDIOBOOK REVIEW:
Amazing narration by Zachary Webber and Erin Mallon, honestly you can never go wrong with these two! This book was Second chance and enemies-to-lovers are two of my favourite tropes and AL Jackson does them well. Never Look Back was well written, full of emotion and passion and I could not put it down!

Let me just say that A.L. Jackson can write some freaking romantic suspense!! She never fails to leave me on the edge of my seat! Oh and my goodness, that angst!! Killing me softly with her angst. Something told me Logan’s story was going to take me through! It’s always the funny guys who tend to hide a world of hurt underneath that humorous facade. I was not ready for this one though.
Logan had so many sides to him, not just the fun uncle, flirty playboy and sweet brother in law. Possessive, filthy, romantically dreamy. I was surprised left and right. Like his brothers, when Logan loved, he loved hard and with his whole heart, irrefutably and irrevocably.
Aster, sheesh, what this woman went through broke my heart into pieces. But, her resilience though!! She refused to let her past define her. She was a survivor and did what she had to in order to protect herself.
I loved seeing Aster being welcomed into fold and her bonding with the children. The brotherly love shared between Trent, Jud and Logan was everything. This crew was all about family and they proved it in every action.
The flashbacks provided so much depth and help mold your understanding of Logan and Aster present day.
The suspense wasn’t the only thing that had my heart racing, A.L. Jackson made sure these two weren’t lacking in the spice department. I mean the mouth on Logan alone could set off fire alarms. Never Look Back was a roller coaster of feels. It was an emotional and beautifully woven second chance that from start to finish was impossible to put down.
Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber were sweet audio perfection!! I couldn’t have dreamed a better Logan and Aster.

Amazing!!!
Wow! This book was a whirlwind. It was full of intrigue and mystery surrounding Aster and Logan's relationship and I absolutely loved everything about it! Neither of them ever stopped loving the other even though they became enemies. The heartbreak they both went through was palpable. You could feel everything they felt and it was intense. The story was so well written. This is actually my first book I've listened to/read by Jackson and it was amazing! I was worried with not reading the first two in the Redemption Hills series that I might feel lost, but this story stands so well on it's own and has only made me want to read the first two as well! The audio narrators did an amazing job with this story. I will admit I wasn't crazy about Erin's voices when she was saying what the men said. Something about it bothered me, but that is complete personal preference and overall both Zachary and Erin did an amazing job! This book was an unbelievable listen and I can't wait to listen to more by Jackson in the future!
