Great

Great book for beginners. Teaches you from the basics. If you already know a bit about networking then there probably isn’t that much useful information in this book but if you want to learn from scratch it’s good.

Comprehensive superficial review

Networking for Dummies, 11th Edition addresses all, clearly but never in much depth. Networking under a Unix OS? Here are some things about Unix. Windows? Here's a brief tour. Wanna be a networking guru? Pay for the training. Clueless and want a broad overview of the challenges? This book can help. Typical of the series.

Good content, but its over 4 years behind

Misconceptions about the difficulties of clinics just a smattering of decoration about cloud solutions If this otherwise well written the book mostly obsolete in 2020

Entertaining

For such a dry topic, this read was entertaining and the data conveyed is definitely useful if you are intending to work with networks and have not been trained as a network associate or received your CCNA designation. Thanks.
