The story is simple and straightforward, very predictable and the characters don’t have enough depth. Performance doesn’t help either.
Also, she had issues with her parents expectations for her life yet its exactly what the author eventually makes her end up at. Not my cuppa.

I really enjoyed listening to this story. The billionaire and the school teacher was a hard one to resist. If your looking for a clean romance with two very cute characters and a hea then this is the one for you. Personally, I wanted a little more trouble to bring them together or a plot that causes emotional reactions. This one was a cute, easy read with a small amount of trouble for the couple. Enjoyable story with a great narrator.

I really wanted to love this book but I found I couldn’t get into it and DNF’d at chapter 11. Maybe I’m a little too old at 34 but it seemed a little immature, both the writing and characters. The male narrator was also a quite theatrical and distracted me a bit from getting immersed. I’ll try another book from the author.
