I very much enjoyed the audiobook and the cliff hanger has me needing to know what happens next.
the push and pull between the characters is hot.

Our FMC Ally is voiced by Heather and this was perfect casting as Heather has soft spoken innocent to her voice which was perfect for Ally as she had had a tough ride and suffers with Anxiety and Heather really plays these moments so well.
Our MMC is voiced by Anthony and he was perfect as Dan he gave him that grumpy bad boy voice but the added softness when with our FMC. I really enjoy his performance and this one might be one of my favourites.
I really love how this book we got to witness the yearning these two have for each other and how their relationship began and blossomed and we really felt their connection. Not going to lie the cliffhanger hurt but I am more than excited for the next book!!!

This novella follows Ally and her new stepbrother Dan as they grow up under the same roof while trying (and failing) to ignore the very real, very intense pull between them. It’s got all the messy, addictive vibes of a romance you know is wrong but can’t stop rooting for. Their connection goes from innocent to emotionally loaded REAL fast, and I was eating up every bit of the tension.
Heather and Anthony absolutely nailed it. Heather brings Ally’s soft, shy sweetness to life perfectly, and Anthony’s deep, broody delivery for Dan had me kicking my feet. They seriously elevated the whole story. If you love messy, emotional, forbidden tension with characters who should stay away from each other but absolutely won’t… this is your jam.
