Unfortunately it was a complete different vibe for this book. It really reminded me of the sick f series by Ash Ericmore, his main character was very much like this one (but didn’t have multiple personalities) it was not what I expected at all. I fell in love with the way Robert’s writes & this felt like a complete different author for me.
I didn’t hate it but nor did I enjoy it at the same time. I finished it & still felt meh/ indifferent at the ending. The MMC is a sociopath psycho that’s all over the place with his thoughts & his actions. He contradicts himself a lot through out too.
This one just wasn’t for me, I think il stick with the paranormal, entity, scary Roberts from now on 🤎
