Firstly Paul Brion did a great job with the narration, yes it would have been better with a woman reading the FC but it doesn't take away from his performance at all. You need to be into listening to BDSM, some blood play and breath play to enjoy this book, if you are, then this book is for you. personally it was a little too much pain for my imagination to be 'pleasurable'
I would have liked more depth to the story and I prefer a definitive ending but I enjoyed the listen all the same.

This is a brutal storyline. Roth so many triggers I’d be careful if you don’t like it darker than dark. Luckily this is a perfect holiday read/listen for me. Amazing!
