Brilliant character superbly written and narrated. such a sympathetic portrayal of someone affected by the Post Office Scandal and all the postmasters went through as well as the background of the character and how his upbringing and life experiences would have affected the way he dealt with the issues. I can't wait for the sequel!

What a beautiful book, simply written and beautifully read (acted really). I loved it from start to finish. An emotional read from the start. You get so drawn in and invested in the main characters, all of which are so brilliantly crafted. Highly recommend.

The story is such a compelling listen. Family,tradition, duty, kindness and adversity mix together to tell many stories in one. You will finish feeling sad, cross but most of all thankful and happy that love and justice conquers all. What a fist novel.

The Post Office relied on Mr Sidhu thinking he was the only person that this computer programme affected. It was criminal that this gentle, proud man was forced to lose everything. And the really sad thing is that in reality this was, in effect, a true story that affected many many postmasters following the introduction of The Horizon computer programme.
