Read in the most odd and boring monotone. The most unispiring non plot imaginable, relying on shameless plagiarism.

The narration is poor. It’s stilted, and inexplicably the Bennetts have been allotted apparently random regional accents. Even Mrs Bennett is described in the original as the daughter of a country solicitor so we can presume she spoke in a fairly refined accent, not that of Essex! Giving Mr Bennett a marked Yorkshire accent as a gentleman of many generations and advanced education, living in Southern England is simply delusional.
