Summary

Steven Bates writes his fourth poetry book, again dealing with content that affects us all, from PTSD and depression, inspiration, and motivation to even touching on the pandemic and politics. Steven invites his friend and fellow poet Jennifer Fehrn to add her collection of poetry to this book in hopes that even more persons may be reached and helped by perhaps a different viewpoint, style, and perspective.

It is both these poets hopes that listeners will find that though they might be struggling with PTSD, depression, or suicidal thoughts, life can be survived and even thrived with help, resources, friends, and people that care about them, of which both authors include themselves as.
