I'm very disappointed, the story was good but the names of people and places made it confusing, im gutted.

ok

I liked a lot of the stories end especially the last ones from the ghost house and onwards where hilarious. And nice having to of the characters have a talk after their respective ordeals in front of the storage house. With the combination of normal small-talk understating the situation and baroque situations getting way out of hand was a delight. A pissed off marketing associate, Kings of the forests in different varieties, serene moments disrupted by a farting bird, and so much more.

The stories are well -written and some if the action over the top, but the narrator is more traditionally goid and subtle than utilising over the top voice acting that is normal with Baen authors. I find this style fits the book after getting used to it.

Happy listening.

Well-written and hilarious

at first I didn't like the idea of lots of small stories. but it seemed to work. it's unfortunate there are a couple of bad stories but there are plenty of good ones also
