I already absolutely adore this book / series and have reread a few times !! But recently have listened to book 2 + 3 on audible and have loved both !! The narration and hearing the descriptions in such detail just enhance these beloved stories so much more !!

out of all 3, the first one and this book are my favourites!!! first because it’s got me loving Christmas again, this one because it was pure and simple compared to the rest! I love all 3 bud this one is just so cute!! I’ve never wanted to bake more in my life!!!


The ending though COME ONNNN don’t leave a girl hanging like that!!!!!

Ok, so if I wasn’t already in love with this series then I am now! B.K. Borison has yet again delivered on a heart warming story, about finding the person that you are “just the right amount of you” for and believing in yourself that you are worthy. All bundled up in a package of strawberry shortcake, brownies, shortbread and custard tarts (yum! - side note; if you’re a fan of GBBO like I am the same rules apply while reading - make sure you have a delicious treat on hand!).

I said not long ago that Beckett won my heart from Luka but I think Caleb may have just stolen it forever more. The story of Layla and Caleb was *chef’s kiss*. The perfect late summer / early autumn read that leads you feeling all the emotions and never wanting to leave the enchanting town of Inglewild.
