Compact minimalistic book

Fascinating book about minimalism. One of the best books from this category. The focus is on the topic and nothing else. I want to listen this book again, which is rare. The narrator's voice is clear and soothing. Five stars!

Perfect for a university student, and others.

I got this after having listened to two previous audiobooks read by Tim Edwards. I really found it helped me to find a more comfortable way to live, whilst in shared accommodation. I have shared this since listening with my current flatmates, and the housemates I'll be moving in with in a few months time, just so that everyone can get to experience it. Definitely worth spending a credit on.

More Than Removing Clutter

Before listening to this excellent book I assumed minimalist living just meant a thorough spring clean, I have learnt a lot. Through wonderful, clear, narration every aspect of living minimally is presented, discussed and explained. Each idea is expanded upon to give everyday examples and applications. This is a lifestyle change that can be adapted in a greater or lesser extent by anyone to their advantage. An enlightening and enjoyable listen.

LIFE CHANGER!!!

When I sold everything and moved to Spain a friend asked if I was going to be minimalistic. I laughed it off. I like most people assumed it meant getting rid of everything, living in an empty house and sleeping on the floor. How wrong could I be?
For a start I didn't realise it was a combination of mind and possessions. This book is great, it removes all the myths and explains how to be a true minimalist and improve all aspects of your life.... I definitely recommend it!!!!

Best guide!

This is one I will listen to again. It was like a mirror, I will look again in a little while to see what has changed in me. Moving towards simplicity, always moving forward to a better me. Thanks the author!

Is not only about things

I had the wrong idea about minimalism, I thought it pertained to stuff around you, but with this book I understood that is a way of living and that what's around you has a powerful impact on your state of mind and feelings.
This book is written in a way everyone can understand and helps you reflect on the way society leads you to consume goods you don't really need, and how this clutter of possessions goes parallel with the mental and emotional hoarding.
Would definitely recommend.

Do Not Buy!

This “minimalist” is full of repetitive non minimalist content. Seriously 1/3 of the book is health and diet advise; they try to tie it together with a sentence here and there. Don’t waste your time. Good luck

Book is OK for a Beginner

Very practical and a few good tips, but most things are common sense. Some people would really relate to the book.

This was very informative in a shorter manner covering a wide array of issues relating to minimalism.
