OK

I heard this as an audiobook and it's not really suited to audio form. At least it would be if you could read the book and then hear the exercises separately. As it is, the brief exercises are embedded in the text, which isn't so useful.

Loads of helpful tips

This book makes mindfulness really accessible to people who are busy and may only have a few minutes between things to spare. Immensely useful.
