Excellent practical advice

Very useful guide for managing anxiety.
This is a good guide for understanding and managing anxiety. You will need to get to a deeper level (self image/esteem) to address root cause issues. Worth investing money and time.

Good book for those who worry a lot
I found the scenarios covered very relatable & Have been finding the methods of mindfulness very helpful in my day to day life.
my only downside, is that the content is sometimes repetitive throughout the book, but only where appropriate.

This book is superb. The author cuts through all the mumbo jumbo and offers practical advice to those who struggle with worry and anxiety. The narration was excellent and I found him easy to listen to. I highly recommend it.
