calms the mind, makes you feel positive and prepared for labour, chapters towards the end of the book are very helpful for relaxing and producing positive thoughts

I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is having a baby, it relaxes the mind and body and guides you through what to expect and how you are in control. (I still listen to it to relax even though I'm no longer pregnant)
