Although I didn't fully agree with everything in this book. I did find it interesting. As a person with confidence I didn't relate to many of the things being said about not having faith in one's self. I do appreciate that other people struggle with confidence and it is meant to help them. Other than that I enjoyed the book. It was well narrated.
