Incredibly motivated for positive change & very enthusiastic about it as well because it has seen first hand that these techniques work-both in his personal life. The methods are clearly explained and it gives an explanation of how the brain and more do work. Try memorizing the states alphabetically then recite them in reverse. You will immediately be able to make associations to words and will stick in your mind for days. It immediately helps me with certain memorization tactic and it can be interactive. Mind Hacking book will introduce you to the topic of improving your memory ability and will explain topics. 100% recommend this book.

You will learn about the hacks you need to escape being helpless and take action towards your goals. It explains the basics of the brain so you understand on a general level whats going on. It’s a guide to the human brain, and how you can use the power of yours to create the life you've always dreamed of. You are teaching your brain to sense when you are slipping into negativity and take action toward the positive. I believe the book was worth the price simply for the chapter on self-motivation. Gives advice on how to use that information to increase happiness in everyday life

The book is good and has very useful information. if you're like me you listen to books on the go. you need to listen to alone when you can quiet your mind and the area around you. This book could change the way you think of everything in a positive way and teaches you where to start, with yourself and your thoughts. Amazingly comfortable to hear, a lot of stories related to the subject and the best is the resume at the end of each chapter amazing book. I just love this book as it has given me a different way of working and I've already found it to be really effective. Best ever book it will literally change your life for the better. This is a great book no doubt and I enjoyed the amazing narration skills employed. I was surprised when and how it ended though. Really helped me think better.
