A fun little short story about a women who has the ability to see, and speak to, spirits.
Following the discovery of a skull with an apparent spirit inside, she is harassed over several nights by an evil spirit and has to try to identify the cause and end the haunt.
The story is short and rather rudimentary, but I really enjoyed it and the narration (which it sounds a bit hollow, I assume due to the room it was recorded) is pleasant to listen to.
My only real gripe is how it's been chapterised, as they're wholly unnecessary and, with a number of them, the title of the chapter is the length of the chapter text itself? I feel it would’ve been better to present it as Day 1, Day 2 as this would allow for larger sections of text that are related and make it easier to follow than sentences split by chapter titles.
In all though, I did enjoy this and look forward to both the author and narrator’s future work.
