Summary

Tex Waco is the oil billionaire from Dallas, Texas who runs the group of rich vigilantes known as the Texas 12. A well-known heart surgeon from Houston tells Tex that a mutual friend of theirs has an inoperable heart condition and their friend has gone to a stem cell clinic in Mexico to seek treatment. Their friend, Mr. Pittman, has been kidnapped and is being held for ransom. Tex calls his right hand man, The General, and soon Tex and his men and women are on the way to Mexico to give the criminals a lethal dose of .45-caliber Texas justice.

Who was the most memorable character of Mexico and why?

Without a doubt, The General. An old man with an attitude.

Tex Waco is back in action!

What did you love best about Mexico?

I loved the flow. A whole lot of action and adventure.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Tex all the way! A true top notch vigilante who always sees his plans through.

Which character – as performed by William "Bill" Word – was your favorite?

The General. Bills voice captured the strength and experience as well as humor that I came to admire in this character.

Who was the most memorable character of Mexico and why?

For me the women vigilantes were awesome. They stole the show with there cunning and great wit.

Any additional comments?

I've listened to dozens of audio books and Bills narration is some of the finest I've ever heard. His cadence has a rhythm that is rock solid. He takes the work out of listening. Additionally, his tone is perfect the genre Larry Hill Brilliantly lays out in both of the Tex Waco novels.
