About this listen

Many people have dreams they would like to realise and things about their lives that they would like to change. Relatively few have the mental strength to break outside their comfort zone and take the steps needed. Fear, self-doubt, lack of confidence, or simply being overawed by the tasks ahead can stop you from achieving your true potential. This guide shows how to develop your mind and push past the obstacles that stand between you and your goals.

This audiobook is based on the author's DVD of the same title.

I like Iain, but it's a bit of a rehash from the podcast with elevator music in-between segments. I wish you'd gone further into detail with examples and application, personal anecdotes etc.

make a statement and fail to elaborate

45mins well spent: wasn’t sure how I’d respond to this as it was recommended by a friend. Inspiring and motivating! 🌈

Short and to the point

Nothing new here just a very short rehash of "ideas" borrowed from other authors - heard it all before.

The only plus point is the author gives this in a very friendly and conversational style but overall very disappointing.

Waste of a credit
