Got this book as my wife isn't far off the menopause, so I'm trying to get as much information about this subject as I possibly can and this book certainly done that for me , explained in detail the symptoms, physical and emotional, risks of HRT and its alternatives and a whole lot more. recommend if u want to find out about this taboo subject.

I gave this audiobook to my mum and she loved it for many reasons. It is written in a style as if a friend would be speaking to you with real examples and she felt she was not alone but compassionately understood. It is very well researched, structured and narrated. It also provides solutions and suggestions. She found it very helpful at a emotional and physical level, just all that she needed. Highly recommended!

This is an awesome book that focuses on women's health. Hot flash, and surviving as a couple is a must especially if you want to stay healthy and eat healthy. This book focuses on exercises and a several more aspects of diet which are critical to healthy living. A great book.

Luckily, I’m yet to experience the menopause. However I want to fully informed about what the future holds. While scary, it is a natural part of every women’s life. I found the audiobook was packed with useful information on the subject. It was certainly food for thought!
