I have never had any type of ADHD, so I had no idea how to help him. Now that he is an adult, he really wants to find help. I came across this audiobook and have listened to it twice, once by myself and once with him. He is really enjoying the book, and he thinks the book and workbook are just what he was looking for. The book is easy to follow, and the workbook is the perfect companion. We both wanted to make sure others knew how great the book is.
