This book has been a fountain of great guidance and information for my partner who was diagnosed in his 30s. Although the person with ADHD is considered the primary audience, this is a great book for spouses to read. This book increases the spouse's awareness and empathy. Also, let's face it - the spouse is going to remember the authors tips and can remind husbands of things they can do to mitigate ADHD challenges. The tips on time management and emotional regulation were easy to understand and put into practice. The narrator’s voice was clear and relatable, making the strategies feel approachable. I really appreciated how it addressed challenges like balancing relationships and staying focused without feeling overwhelmed.
