I enjoyed the narration of C. J. Boyle, who else can bring out the characters of this book.

Melody is the sole survivor of her family's murder and the uncle Ian who is a retired FBI agent saves her. Melody is left with some emotional problems. Ian gets help from his online girlfriend, who turns out to be from the spirit world.
I loved the twist and turns.

It was just ok for me. The author decided to narrate the book herself and it honestly sounded like she was in her bathroom And definitely needed an audio editor as some lines were repeated and left in by accident but good on her for trying something different.
As for the story, it was ok. It started as a typical FBI romance but then veered into PNR and then a convenient hospital coma miracle. it was just a very odd mash up.
