I have always loved Carol’s books immensely.
However, this last story was for me a little disappointing because of the constant mention of Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michael Douglas and many many other celebrities. for me this distracted from the story and I didn’t like it. It is totally unnecessary and added nothing to the story for me.
However, the underlying story was as lovely as they always are, a nice summer romcom.
