Good Introduction to Mediterranean Diet

If you have no other book about Mediterranean diet, this is a good one to begin with (I have a few!). The narration is very good, clear voice and accent, and good sound quality.
The recipe chapter is too long, so if you want to find a recipe, it won't be easy unless you have the printed book. It would have been better if this chapter had been broken into two or three shorter parts.
