Summary
Alel is Relic and has learned she must hide to survive on the Black Streets. It is her red hair, one of the marks of her bloodline, that causes her death at the hands of men desperate to claim something pure as their own.
Yet she awakes, and she is no longer all human. Her creator, Sir Jax, is a man of the White Streets, but it does not take Alel long to discover the two streets are no different.
