Fact-based, balanced, and perfectly timed. As someone who spent almost 14 years trying to tell people about factory farming to no avail, I appreciate that this book doesn't preach - it just lays out the case with clarity and lets you draw your own conclusions. Bruce's core argument that taste and price are the only things that will shift consumer behaviour is spot on. If you're already working in this space, it'll galvanise you. If you're new to it, this is the most compelling case anyone has written for why cultivated meat is almost inevitable. Essential reading.
