I love Jill Mansell and her books, the storyline is brilliant and I love the characters.
The narrator however takes away from how good the storyline is. She has this annoying trait of allowing her voice to go very high pitched and often sing songy at the end of a sentence which just gets annoying.
I’d avoid another book with this narrator.
