Summary

it's a good story unfortunately it didn't grip me like there others I have listened to have.
some parts I found my attention went and other parts I found dragged on for a little too long.
other than those two things, this IS a good story, and I feel this is more of a me thing rather than it being a problem with the story itself.
I finished it in one day, maybe had I broken it in chunks rather than one full sitting it would be different... if you have attention span issues keep this in mind.

The story was not so good because even if the author tries to give a lame explanation for why the men treat their women like sex dolls with them being dominant and the women to be submissive, this I accept in the bedroom and not total control over all aspects of the women's lives. But if it's a bridalprogram where the woman choose IF they want to be with the man and all then I don't understand why the women should be locked in their rooms while the men can do as they please. Then the women are no more valuable than a sexslave without any rights. So why try to paint a picture that the women are tough when in fact it would be enough to buy these women on a sex slave market. Because this kind om relationship has nothing to do with the dominant-submisiv roll in the sexual BDSM there the submisiv actually gives it's consent to be handled like a possession in their sexual live. So no i didn't enjoyed this story as much as the others in this series.

I enjoyed the story very much and the narration of Ava Lucas and Teddy Hamilton but did not like Leon Nixon very much at all. I almost ditched the book because of it. Very boring narration on his part. Sorry but that’s what spoilt the story for me.

I do love every one of these books and never get bored, and I’ve heard loads. The dynamics on this colony bring a fresh new set of challenges. Great narrators. I’d listen to anything that included Teddy Hamilton.

I really enjoyed this book, it had an exciting premise, compelling characters and good plot twists, it kept me on the edge of my seat, Fantastic narration.
