The book has interesting elements, such as tool focused approach, but the key to success is basically simplified Agile, that many people argue is dying. The author recommends Gardner’s Multiple Intelligencies, which is pseudo science and discredited for over 10 years. With advice such as “there’s everything on the internet” you can tell the book was written by a boomer, and many aspects are irrelevant.
