Yoga retreats are supposed to have bodies…just not dead ones. But when Eleanor, the owner of the retreat, turns up dead, Ronald and Gertie know just who to call. Another terrifically funny murder mystery with Gerry and Ronaled on a yoga retreat when Gerry heard a shot and finds the owner dead in her cabin. Sealia has Carter under investigation so he has his hands tied with doing things by the book. So Fortune both Ida Bell and Gerry rush around cursing dribble until she works out whodunit. Read brilliantly again by Cassandra Campbell.

loved the characters and the continuation of the life of Fortune Redding, Gertie and Ida-belle

As always a laugh out loud mystery with a great story line. This book was missing many of the usual characters which was a little disappointing. It could be a stand alone mystery but I was expecting a continuation of the previous novels. Assumptions needed to be made on the changing relationship of Fortune & Carter. Where's the dialogue of a house move & the opposition from Celia etc. No Sunday service. No Celia & Cronies nor any other residents that we have come to love. So, yes it was great but I'd say it was an extra read rather than a continuous story. Hope the next picks up the threads again.
