Really enjoyed this fun, informal talk that felt more like having a coffee with Sylvia at home! Funny and insightful, I think there are nuggets of wisdom here for everyone. The only thing I disagreed with was Sylvia gently mocking vegetarians at one point - The slaughter industry is an awful one, as any undercover investigations online will show you, and the world is going vegan for a reason. (I would recommend Joaquin Phoenix's excellent documentary 'Earthlings', for more on this). As a spiritual person I would have hoped Sylvia would recognise this, still, a lovely lady and a great listen!
