I love this book. I was really cynical when I started listening-but some of these exercises seem to be having a pretty profound affect on my life.
I've read a whole load around this subject for a few years and this cuts to the core (for me). Some of the stuff in here is a bit far out and makes me chuckle, but well worth reading

Loved every aspect of this book. The layout was so easy to follow to pick and choose what works for you. It was read slowly so you could grasp the true depth of the wisdom being conveyed. So grateful to have been led to read it !

I realy enjoyed this book and found the meditations to be helpfull as it was audio and took you through it step by step. Marc's theory resonates with me and I feel that by implementing his ideas I have experienced noticeable change in my life. I like the fact that I have access to this book on my phone any time I want.

Loved this book and the way he reads it. Very extensive and knowledgable and he’s well read .. after all he owns a publishing house! Has worked with Shakir Gawain, and Ekhert Tolle.
Found music a bit too intrusive and loud. Would recommend to any one I felt serious in their journey.
