Overall it’s a very good book with an amazing narrator. I really enjoyed most of the book but the blurb was a bit misleading and I don’t think it describes it well. The main character is quite annoying as she is behaving like an idiot, in a way that’s not really fit for the personality described. Otherwise it was a well thought out and unique story while still following the traditional tropes.

Wow, I was astounded listening to this book I was riveted to my seat listening to this book, the story was written well and the characters were sensational. Dimitri was at his fathers funeral when some men tried to take what was his, he had been trained by his father so he knew for later when he took over what was his. Dimitri now the Bratva Pakhan that owns the biggest land mass set off for revenge and take something of their's he took a daughter Anastasia (Ana), off one Pakhan and married her for business no relationship. The other two Pakhan's Dimitri had them twisted and blind sided them with his games. Ana was upset her father sold her to pay a debt so now she became his, he was struck by her beauty when he seen her asleep he couldn't let her go.

Loved the narration of Adrienne Fleming

Because of her father's betrayal Ana has to marry a man named Dimitri and if she doesn't her father.
Neither of them wanted to fall for each other. Dimitri falls for the wilful Ana and she finds herself needing and then wanting his discipline.

We have angst, drama, action and heat.
