Summary

Among the Space Wolves there are as many sagas as there are warriors. Though none quite like that of Lukas the Trickster.

Loved this. Lukas is a great character and provides a different perspective when viewing Space Marines.

Firstly, Lukas really is not a social justice warrior, some other reviewers need to go pick up a dictionary.
Lets be blunt, Lukas is 40K Loki as an Astartes and that's not a bad thing at all.
It's a well told story and a nice bit of colour for our favourite Grey hued space viking rip offs with some nice background for both them & the Dark Eldar.
A fun story and John Banks reads it skillfully.

I was unsure about buying this book as it looked a little different to the run of the mill Vlka Fenryka stories. I was pleasantly surprised though. Refreshing and exciting and well read as normal.

Well executed, really love how the narrator got into Lukas character and it now how i imagine he sounds like wish there was a 2nd book

Great novel, narrated to perfection.
Listen to it in the car on long Journeys and whilst painting my Space Wolves. Lucas is the best character and more books should be written of his Sagas.
