Sound interesting? The author thinks so too! Listen to Lost to the Moon and experience the compelling world of The Mate Games: Pestilence.

Warning: The Mate Games: Pestilence is a spicy why-choose series that is sure to set your...heart...on fire. If you’re not a fan of grumpy dukes with a penchant for pain, purple demons with fancy body parts, nosy hackers with boundary issues, angsty wolf shifters who like to share, sword crossing, and plenty of group activities, this one’s not for you. But if it is...welcome back to The Mate Games, we’ve been waiting for you.

Meg Anne and K. Loraine team together once again and deliver an action packed and grand finale to their “Mate Games: Pestilence series and it was absolutely fantastic, or rather Pan-tastic, one of my favorite characters. This book picks up where “Captive of the Night” ended. Pestilence continues to plague the people, causing a pandemic of epic proportions and it is up to Rosie and her mates to put an end to it and to Pestilence. The plague hits close to home and with the mate bond, they can all feel it. It was great to watch all of Rosie's mates, Ben, Remi, Asher, Gavin, and Pan, get on the same page and team up together to save the world, but first, they had to save one of their own. It was also great to watch how each one of the amazing characters grew into their own, including Rosie, who is a forking queen. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a brilliantly plotted story has it all, drama, angst, action, witty dialogue and humor, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance, reverse harem style. K. Loraine & Meg Anne, thank you for another amazing series, the story and its memorable characters will stay with me for a very long time.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration and lineup of talent, Jacob Morgan, James Joseph, John Hartley, Teddy Hamilton and Stella Hunter continue to deliver an outstanding performance of bringing these characters and story to life. I loved how each one took their role, ran with it and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I picture the characters to sound. It was like they became these characters, humanized and animated them perfectly and fitting to their character’s persona. You could hear how much heart they put into their art as they capture all the character’s emotion, their passion and project it into their performance, making you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

Lost To The Moon by Meg Anne and K. Loraine is a why choose paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Teddy Hamilton, J.F. Harding, John Hartley, Stella Hunter, James Joseph, and Jacob Morgan. This is the fourth book in The Mate Games: Pestilence series.

I absolutely love the Mate Games World! Meg and Kim do an amazing job pulling me into the story. I can't help but binge in each book in one sitting. I love that we got Pan, Remi, Ben, Gavin, Rosie, Asher, and Lilith's points of views throughout the book. It really brings the story to life.

I can't wait for the next spin-off series The Mate Games: Death that will be releasing in January 2024.

I absolutely love that they do a full cast of narrators for this series. It really brings the story to life. You can't help but binge the audiobook in one sitting.

I would recommend this series if you like paranormal romances, why choose romances, or fated mate's romances.

Why Choose Paranormal Romance

Naturally as the final book in the series, there are some pretty high expectations and it met every single one of them. Lost to the Moon is a wonderfully crafted finale which neatly ties up all the threads across the series and leads to a nail biting showdown battle for the fate of the world....again.

This book is also one giant love letter to the hardcore fans; from being sprinkled with so many in-jokes and references to a truly decadent aural experience for those RH fans waiting patiently for some truly spicy group scenes which supernova hot! This is pure paranormal romance joy and every single moment is addictive. Meg and Kim have turned a whole array of fans into addicts for their stories and bred their own legion of insatiable Queens who are just salivating for MORE. Bring on Round Three.

But back to this story, the key to the success of this series lies in the characters. The authors have made them all so real and unique that you cannot help but find yourself caring about them. They go one step further with their exceptionally ingenious casting of narrators to elevate this so much that you can't ever imagine anyone else's voice but theirs. I adore these characters and this is the book where you see all of their journeys in the spotlight but also it is the book when you finally see them all figure out their intertwining relationships as a group and it makes for some surprising and adorable results.

Our beloved heroine Rosie is no longer the same timid girl we met in Deal who was running away from everything she knew. Our girl is now a proud and determined Queen and ready to pick up the mantle to save the world from the oncoming apocalypse. She still radiates her natural kindness and caring nature and I feel a kindred connection to her. She puts too much pressure on herself and tries to please everyone but in the end, when it really counts she is the bravest of them all. I love her so much and my ultimate aural goddess, Stella Hunter, is unparalleled in bringing her to life and all of the other female characters. She is an unstoppable force and I am obsessed with listening to her.

Pan, everyone's favourite sexy purple Demon, is the one who goes on the biggest journey over the course of this book. Captain Aubergine fans will rejoice in getting to hear him up to his antics with the rest of the group and seeing where his loyalties will lie in the final fight. James Joseph is clearly having the best time of his life bringing this anti-hero to life, only his sultry tones and wicked comic timing can do him justice.

Gavin, our sadist vampire has softened slightly and started to open up and....dare I say it....make some friends. But at the same time he is still the ultimate sexy Dom and does not disappoint in taking control of those spicy scenes I was talking about. John Hartley needs some kind of health warning attached to him with that dark growly decadent voice he puts on for our Duke of Tears and the finally long awaited Gavin and Pan scenes (aka Brit Off) are to DIE FOR!!! Another treat just for the audio fans.

Remi is still the adorable cheeky excitable will not shut up Kingston 2.0 shifter that we just love and Jacob Morgan is just magical at bringing him to life. This character was clearly written for him in mind and it gives him the opportunity to showcase his emotional range from silly and flirtatious to vulnerable and heartfelt to full on growly Alpha protector mode. And talk about charm...ah no wonder Rosie and Asher didn't stand a chance.

Speaking of Asher, he is another one who goes on an epic journey in this book. He has grown so much for the sarcastic and bitter loner hacker in Book 1 to finding his true family and place within the group. There are some further revelations in this one that shed some light on his history and its a beautiful arc towards the end. I also love the continuing love affair of Asher and Remi after the brutal events of Captive and let's just say #Jeddy fans will not be disappointed. Teddy Hamilton is a delight to listen to in this role.

Finally, but by no means least, we have my beloved Bently Mercer. The damaged but fiercely protective and loyal Alpha shifter who just stole my heart from Book 1. He is put through hell over the course of this series, forced to relive childhood trauma and desparately trying to protect his brother and mate and well......the events of Captive....I'm still too raw and can't talk about it. But he is also, in my eyes, the most sexy of the group. Daddy Ben knows how to keep Rosie satisfied and add in the alpha growl tones of J.F Harding and I am dead. J.F Harding has such skill that he is able to bring out all the subtle aspects of Ben's character; grumpy and sullen, vulnerable and misery, caring and sweet, gravelly dominant Alpha and everything in between that I am always waiting and praying for a Ben chapter to bask in.

In short, this book is everything you could possibly want for an audio fan. A heart-pounding thriller with countdown suspense of will they rescue humanity. But along the ride there is time to indulge in some group telepathy, a sexy trip to Iniquity and snapshots of a blissful domestic life for a group of people who have found where they truly belong. Sexy, funny, intense, heartbreaking, swoony - you really do feel everything and more in this one. The finale we all deserved. Bravo Meg and Kim - the diabolical geniuses!!! xxx

All of this series was an amazing world to become part of while listening to the awesome full cast series! Kim and Meg Anne have held my mind and my heart with everything to do with the War Series. Anyone who wants to escape into a fantasy world full of paranormal beings will need to run for this series!

I loved finding out all of the intricacies of the family connections and how Kim and Meg brought this epic adventure to an exciting conclusion.

I was rooting for Rosie to become the vampire queen with strengths brought out by her connection to her mates to beating Pestilence.
I especially liked when Pan is brought around to become part of the family. Then getting her hacker as well as her demon back was so hot when Gavin directs the whole group to pleasuring Rosie. Again even with all the group has to overcome there was wonderful banter that had me grinning even while cringing at watching them fight to stop an acropolis from happening.

Amazing acting by the stellar cast who make me wish that this series becomes a television series or movie. Because I could visualize the book from listening to all of them.

Amazing series ending.
