A brilliant performance by narrators. They brought Sanctuary and Feather to life. I absolutely enjoyed these characters and there growth. The new concept on Angels and their duty was unique, ease on the world building was entertaining.
Feather a smut covered angelic being comes to realise she's so much more.
Mikhail, wonderful growly bear of a character.
Gavriel full of anger, denial and bullies Feather. Righteous torments her but when he starts to understand who, what she is his mind starts changing.
Sunny the bestest of ride or die birches. Brings the light of joy into Feather's life.
The emotional side of this story always hits a little harder, especially for me.
That cliffhanger ending... thank goodness book 2 is ready
