Simply love this book series ...
I had been waiting for "Looking To The Future" to become available on Audible. Currently I have more time to listen than to read. Once I got started, I did not want to stop. I am totally invested in Carrie Cromwell Borden's story. All the characters seem so real, and the historical details have educated me with facts I never knew. I am still adjusting to Tiffany Dougherty's narration, but she is doing an admirable job of giving voice to the myriad of characters in the story. Well done. Looking forward to #12.

Love the story...super frustrated with the performance
It’s bad enough the narrator miss pronounces words continuously and sounds like she’s reading to first grade class but then we have to put up with no edits to the performance. They don’t even take the time to edit out repeated lines said incorrectly. Shame on the producer. That’s unacceptable.

Great story but ...
I have enjoyed listening to this series. I was disappointed and sad to hear of the passing of Christine Cunningham Smith. It took some adjustment to get used to Tiffany Dougherty. What really disappoints me now is the poor editing of recording mistakes and the extreme accents Ms. Dougherty uses. The series are good and I will continue with it but hope these areas can be addressed.

needs improvement
I am not impressed with the new narrator, especialmy on this book. She continually mispronounces things. She slaughtered the Navajo pronunciation of their language. She also switched the first letters of some of the characters . I love Ginny Dye booksand the story line, but people may want to forgo listening to the audible version of this one and read it instead.

I really like the entire series.
In this volume, you are introduced to new characters and you are lead along the continuing life path of the Cromwells and their family and friends.. This is as good as the others in this series and I always look forward to the next book.
