Sometimes I feel fatigue when I am working a lot both indoors and outdoors. I got this audiobook because I needed to learn new ideas, especially real-life examples, so I can learn and process. We all age, which makes our lives difficult; I am always learning about my duties. I need to keep my mind sharp by reading to keep the knowledge I need to stay strong and have a physically and mentally healthy mind. I like the narration and the story, which gives us the tools to understand holistic strategies.

This audiobook came along right when I needed it. I had no energy or zest for life. I was always tired. My memory was failing quickly, at least it felt that way to me. Forgetting words and most commonly forgetting people's names. I figured I was just depressed like my mother and her mother. But - my eyes were opened. I followed the author's steps to improve mental and memory function and I think I am seeing a real improvement, although it has been only a short time. The frosting on this cake is that the narration is very nicely done. It is not tiring or boring to listen to. The information flows easy and the tone is non-judgmental. I expect to feel even better tomorrow. Thank you, Betty Bassett.
