A book for life not just for Christmas

If you want to learn what sales is really about then this book is for you! It is written for the reader and is not just a list of theories and processes and steps of the sale.

very easy to understand

very interesting, very informative and a very enjoyable read. its given me the confidence to keep going at what I'm doing and to implement the structure given. I would recommend this book definitely.

Not exactly what I was hoping for

It is a lovely book but I had a feeling it was a form of written advertisement for author’s couching business. Also the selling part only describes “proposal idea” which is completely useless if you sell goods face to face and will see your clients only once.

A great listen pack with light bulb moments.

I really enjoyed this book. Many years ago I worked for O2 and it was really interesting to hear Jules talk about the old ways of sales. The things she talks about was infact the way we had been taught to sell and I hated it.

This book gave me some wonderful light bulb moments and I am very excited to put into practice mindful listening to really understand my target client.

A very easy book to listen to, with some engaging activities to complete alongside.
Would recommend to anyone who sales anything and wants to feel good about themselves.
