This book in my opinion, is similar to Girl Wash Your Face and You're a Badass. Easy to follow and listen to. I would have loved more information and details from the author on how to connect with our vulnerabilities to build up our confidence. Excellent use of personal stories to connect with readers. It is a fantastic guide for women on how to build and maintain her confidence.
