I loved listening to William pass on his in depth words of wisdom.. It is just so refreshing to hear about spritual truths from a person who inhabits a very 'normal, down to earth' role on the TV. William Roache is a spritual teacher in disguise. Uplifting and inspirational listen, with some good stories woven in. Beautiful.

I have many books covering these topics. Although not brimming with new insights, this edition gave an all round, individual’s, perspective on healthy living, mixed with selected views of academics. This version was well delivered by the author, at an easy going pace, which enabled the information to be easily absorbed in a relaxed atmosphere.
