This "book" sounded as if a 12 year old had had to write an essay on what life coaching was and then got his mate to read it out. There were mistakes in the narration and the narrator just went back over it again, as if he was expecting it to be edited out later.

As a qualified coach I can tell you there were inaccuracies about coaching and the sections on building a business were just common sense.

I wish I hadn''t wasted my money!
