Hi friends, my name is Glenda, and teaching foreign languages is my passion! There are a lot of different ways to learn a language--studying books, taking a class, or even watching foreign movies.

But I'm an auditory learner. I have to hear and repeat the language to make it stick. In fact, when I was a teenager taking German classes, I would often make my own (cassette) recordings and study for my tests by listening to them.

All learning methods are valid! But there is only one you can do anytime and anywhere. And that's what you'll experience with this audiobook.

I have taken great care to choose vocabulary and sentences that you can actually use! Each chapter is for a new situation you might find yourself in. Examples include being a tourist, getting around, talking to kids, social media, agreeing and disagreeing, and flirting (my favorite chapter!)
