This is a great book as it's simplified, and practically easy to do. You can just listen to this book while you're doing other stuff. Eventually, you'll learn Chinese as you repeat this book a few times. Listen more and you'll get better at it. Great book to get you started with the Chinese language. Highly recommended!

As a linguist, I have always been interested in languages. However, I have never ventured into Asian languages, until now... This book is one of several that I have listened to while dozing, with the hope that hearing the words in my subconscious will enable me to learn the language. The author did well to choose basic vocabulary covering greetings, food, the home, and colours.

I have high hopes that I will learn the basics of Mandarin Chinese by listening to this audiobook.
