I have listened to this twice and will listen again. I particularly like the way in which systems thinking and a leader’s responsibility to deliver results are infused with the reality of being human, the dichotomy of being both fragile and resilient. It really made my heart sing to hear echoes of the stoics entwined with modern day research. This book should appeal to aspiring leaders but is even more appropriate for leaders who have perhaps been in leadership roles for many years and need a fresh perspective on Leadership in the new era and to reflect on deeply entrenched behavioural patterns which may no longer serve them well. The audio experience was enhanced being read by the author herself as storyteller.
