Do you believe leaders are born? In the early years of my career, I believed that I didn’t stand a chance of ever becoming a successful leader. This was largely because I had developed a belief that leaders were born and not made. Perhaps many of you have heard or come to believe this as well.

A must read for Leaders.

Another great title form Mike T. Lightner Lead Bold - Lead Strong - Lead Well: 9 Proven Leadership Secrets Anyone Can Learn and Apply. This is a must for anyone who wants to high tune their leadership style and work towards their potential as a great leader. So many amazing insights in all 9 of the secrets and a pleasure to read. I challenge anyone who reads this book not to have several takeaway points to being a better leader.
