Sutton is being controlled by her boyfriend Clint, but her BFF Lizzie has made it clear that she has to get out of that situation with her help. And Sutton is handed the opportunity of her lifetime so she does something for herself, she takes a chance at the new project.

She goes out with her friend to celebrate and meets a sexy stranger and has her first one night stand. Reeling from her intense sexual adventure with the magnetic stranger who rocked her world she goes to meet her new clients and low and behold it’s him! But there are 3 of him! Which identical brother was it? Let the shenanigans begin!

Sutton takes off to the resort where she will try assisting Callahan renovate and revitalize the resort he was fundamental in purchasing with his late father. He’s convinced himself that he must keep his distance from the sexy woman who rocked his world because he’s determined to get the resort up to his family’s standards then get out of dodge for good! So there’s definitely no room to get involved with anyone now. But as they are bunked in the same suite while working on the revitalization they each see the strengths in each other and they can’t help but become sexually involved while working on this project.

Callahan is a bit of a black sheep in the triplet situation. His siblings seem resentful of his prior relationship with their dad and his brothers want Callahan to prove that this resort can be profitable and up to their family name and reputation.

There’s definitely some lol moments where Callahan doesn’t want the beautiful Sutton to show her beauty but she has great ideas that have her checking out the competition at other resorts nearby and Callahan hates it because he wants her all for himself? Or does he.

Fantastic start to the series. With growth for both Sutton and Callahan as they navigate getting the resort in shape and giving in to their lust for each other along the way.

But all good things come to an end, Sutton knows Callahan wants to run and travel once they are done and she’s excited to really live her life now that she’s not burdened down by her loser controlling ex boyfriend. These two really grow in this book and also find more of their strengths too.

The times where we get to see the past and Callahan’s special relationship with his father as well as find out more of everything Sutton was held back from, compel both of them to grow and shine.

I listened to the audiobook version of this book and was throughly entertained by both Stella Hunter and Aaron Shedlock. They are both amazing narrators and it was awesome seeing the characters strengths and emotions shine through while listening to the story. Stella showcases Sutton’s boldness and uncertainty in her own abilities yet also showing us her real talent for her job and her determination for doing all she can to prove to others she is fully capable and ready to start believing in herself and her future . Aaron was also awesome as Callahan, showing us both his fears of failing at making his father’s dreams come true and his need to prove himself to his siblings. We get to see both grow into themselves and we see them shine both individually and while encouraging each other. They are sizzling together in this book.

I really enjoyed this story, it was refreshing to find out we get more than a hottie. This is the first book in the S.I.N. series, in this one we get the first Sharpe brother. Sutton finally gets the courage and realizes her previous relationship is not what she thought out to be, she finally breaks herself free and goes in searching for what she really wants and has always put behind due to her previous boyfriend, but she finds more than what she expected and now not only her professional career is changing, her heart and her goals are as well. I recommend this story to anyone who enjoys a contemporary romance with little angst and a good book boyfriend. The audiobook narrated by Stella Hunter and Aaron Shedlock was well done, the editing was as expected, the volume was well defined and the narrators did a fantastic job portraying each character, with clear pronunciation, good pacing and good acting.

Very entertaining just hear it!

I loved this story! It isn't an enemies-to-lovers story, it isn't a love-to-hate story. It's a developing romance with moments of steamy passion, moments of soul searching and it brought me to tears in places too.
The narrators are great and really bring it all to life.
I'm looking forward to book 2!

Wow just wow. I was soooo surprised how this book turned out. The heat between the characters are to die for. I couldn’t stop listening. At first I didn’t want to listen to all 3 books but the writing was amazing so I will. And hats off to the narrators they did a wonderful performance
